• "Funds" means real-money deposits held in a Player's b9game wallet, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded to a Player under a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures conducted by b9game to verify a Player's identity, age, and the legitimate ownership of payment methods.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount that must be wagered using Bonus Funds before any associated winnings become withdrawable as real money.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which b9game does not accept registrations, as updated by b9game from time to time.

Where the context permits, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active b9game account. b9game reserves the right to require identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to your CNIC, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. KYC verification is mandatory before a Player's first withdrawal is processed.

You may request closure of your b9game account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, b9game will process any pending withdrawals of real-money funds, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be voided upon account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your b9game login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. b9game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

• You must not share your b9game password with any other person under any circumstances.

Failure to provide such documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

Withdrawal of real-money funds from your b9game wallet is subject to the completion of mandatory KYC identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification will not be permitted to initiate withdrawals. b9game reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. This requirement exists for anti-fraud and anti-money laundering compliance purposes. Where a depositing payment method is no longer available, b9game may request alternative documentation before approving withdrawal to a different method.

b9game aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed at the point of withdrawal. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds only become withdrawable as real money once the associated Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds before the Wagering Requirement is met will result in the cancellation of those bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money funds deposited by a Player are always withdrawable independently of bonus status, subject to completed KYC.

b9game offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

b9game reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on erroneous odds, bets that exceed applicable stake limits, or bets placed by Players whose accounts are under review. In the event that a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's wallet.

In the event that any odds, prize amount, or game outcome is offered or displayed due to a technical error, software malfunction, or human error — commonly referred to as a "palpable error" — b9game reserves the right to void the affected bets and transactions. b9game will not honour any bet placed at odds or terms that are clearly erroneous, regardless of whether the error was detected before or after settlement.

Games within the b9game Casino and Slots sections are provided by certified third-party software providers and use verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live physical equipment. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the game software or live dealer. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with b9game customer support within 72 hours of the relevant game session.

Cricket betting markets at b9game — including PSL fixtures, international Tests, ODIs, and T20s — are governed by the b9game cricket betting rules published in the Game Information section. Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise affected by circumstances outside b9game's control, the applicable rules for settlement will follow the published cricket rules for that event type.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on b9game and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at any stage of account registration, KYC verification, or any communications with b9game.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one b9game account for any purpose.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or accessing b9game while under the age of 21, or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to access your account.
• Collusion: Colluding with other Players, employees, or third parties to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on b9game.
• Arbitrage and Match Fixing: Placing bets on b9game in combination with other operators or individuals for the purpose of guaranteed profit exploitation, or placing bets on outcomes that have been unlawfully predetermined.

b9game reserves the right to withhold funds from any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, b9game may forfeit all funds in the account and report the matter to relevant authorities.

All content on the b9game Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game designs, software, databases, trademarks, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of b9game or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

b9game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, b9game will take reasonable steps to notify affected Players, which may include displaying a notice on the Platform or sending a notification to your registered email address.

The revised Terms will become effective on the date specified in the updated document, which will be published on this page with a new "Effective Date." Your continued use of b9game following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using b9game immediately and contact support to arrange the withdrawal of any real-money balance prior to account closure. b9game will not be liable to you for any loss resulting from your decision not to accept revised Terms.
